Possible Transfer Moves of USMNT Players in the World Cup

With all eyes focused on the World Cup, the transfer window has somewhat stalled during the group stage. Still, transfers are happening, deals are being negotiated, and moves are being planned, but less so than in a typical summer. It's no different for the USMNT. All 26 players are focused on the tournament, but at some point this summer, several players will be in the "shop" of transfers. As the USMNT continues to perform well, they will get more exposure. In this case, some players may go, some may not. Here's the latest on USMNT players in this summer's transfer window: Folrin Balogan is expected to leave AS Monaco, as The Athletic's David Ornstein reports. Balogan's contract expires in two years, and there are no talks on new options. AS Monaco have not put a price on Balogan, but a fee of €50million (£43.2million; $57.1million) is believed to be enough for them to make a deal successful. There have been no bids for Monaco so far, but initial contact has been made from a number of clubs, including several Premier League teams. Balogan, who will turn 25 in July, joined AS Monaco from Arsenal in 2023 on an initial deal worth €30million, with a €10million add-on as well as a 17.5 per cent sell-on clause. He has scored 31 goals in 91 appearances in all competitions for Monaco. Christian Pulisic is back at USMNT training.
